Grill carrots with beef fillet and basil

Ingredients for 2 people:

2 pcs beef fillet (125 gr )
6 carrots, cooked four minutes in water with salt
4 slices bacon
12 leaves purple basil
Parmezan cheese

Preparation:

Sprinkle salt and pepper on the beef and carrots. Put it on the BarrelQ with the slices bacon. Grill them crispy in six minutes. Put the basil on a plate. Add some olive oil and vinegar and put the beef, carrots and bacon on top.
