Salad of green asparagus, dressing, avocado and orange

Ingrediënts for 4 people:

1 orange juice
1 avocado
2 shallots
1 tray green asparagus.
100 gr gorgonzola
1 tray sorrel.
8 tbs olive oil
2 tbs red wine vinegar
Peper
Seasalt

Boil the the aspergus for two minutes with a littel salt. Put them on the BarrelQ and grill the aspergus fort two minutes. Cut the orange into four pieces and put it on the grill. Cut the avocado in half. Use one half of it and cut it in two pieces. Put those on the grill. Cut the gorgonzola in pieces and put it on a plate. Add the orange and the aspergus. Also add oliveoil, vinegar, pepper and salt. After that add the sorrel. Mix it.
